Kettletown Park

On August 30th we went to Kettletown Park for a hike. I had never actually hiked on any trails that I know of in my youth although I did camp there at least two times. In Boy Scouts I trained there for our canoe trip down the Delaware River. The trail was challenging and we got to see some deer, salamanders, toads and even a snake. It was a little wet and the forest was kind of dim but it was a great time. We hiked 2 1/2 miles. Early on I slipped and fell and skinned my hand but I did save the GPS.  I didn't bring my camera so no pictures this hike.
