Happy St. Patrick's Day!!

I forgot to wear green... Tonight we will feast on corn beef , cabbage, potatoes and Thelma's amazing Irish Fruit Soda bread. Yay.

Well we ended up not eating the corned beef until Sunday night but it was worth the wait! We put it in the crock pot for 6 hours and it tasted great.
